  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Cash (please try to provide exact amount,)

    Personal or HSA/FSA Checks, any fees incurred for insufficient fund will be the responsibility of the client.

  • What is your policy during inclement weather?

    In the event of inclement weather that would present hazardous driving conditions your appointment may be cancelled.

    This includes but is not limited to: snowstorms, ice, freezing rain, extreme wind associated with hurricanes or tornadoes and power outages.

  • Appoointment Times

    All appointments are scheduled in advance. We request a minimum of 48 hour notice. All requests less than 48 hours will be set according to availability.

    Session time includes 10 minutes for dressing and consultation.

    60-minute session includes 50 minutes of hands-on service & 10 minutes for dressing/consultation.

    90-minute session includes 80 minutes of hands-on service & 10 minutes for dressing/consultation.

  • Using HSA or FSA accounts

    If you choose to use this account to pay for your sessions please be sure you have verified that you have followed the requirements of your health plan. You may be required to get a script from your physician prior to using this account for payment.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you cannot make your scheduled appointment please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not cancel prior to 24 hours you will be charged the full price at your next scheduled appointment. This is a non-refundable charge.

  • No Shows or Late Arrivals

    If you do not show up for your scheduled session:

    We are unable to fill that time at the last minute so you will be charged the full price at your next scheduled appointment. This is a non-refundable charge.

    If you arrive late for your session:

    Your session will end at the scheduled time and will not be pro-rated. The session fee will be the same.

  • Appointments for minors

    Minors are any child ages 3-16. These clients must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the session.
