Energy work is used to help balance the systems of energy throughout the body to alleviate stress, ailments, and disease. Sometimes distress or anxiety can be caused by energetic influences or imbalances. These states can be eliminated or greatly decreased by energy work.

Hot Stone Massage
Steeped in the Native American healing traditions, hot stone massage uses heated river rocks or other very smooth-surfaced stones made of basalt which contains a high iron content that helps them retain heat to enhance the massage. Hot stone massage is a natural therapy using warmed stones positioned on parts of the client’s body to maximize the therapeutic benefit of massage and heat and or are used to massage the body allowing the heat to penetrate, relax and heal achy muscles. Hot stone massages are beneficial on both physical and psychological levels.
Suction is created using heat (fire) or mechanical devices (hand or electric pumps). Benefits include: relieving pain and inflammation from injury or chronic conditions; relieving deep muscular issues and reducing muscle spasms; releasing and softening scar tissue and loosening post-surgery adhesions; lifting and stretching soft tissue to separate fascia and restrictions; increasing range of movement and flexibility in joints; promoting healthy circulation; opening the energy flow of the body; moving stagnation and enabling normal lymphatic flow, and enhancing any athletic training program to improve performance.
